• Each item is sealed and quality-checked before dispatch or handover.
• Customers are advised to verify the product seal and packaging at the time of receipt.
• Any concerns regarding product quality must be raised immediately upon receipt.

This policy is implemented for the following reasons:

• Our products fall under the category of personal hygiene goods, which, once sold or delivered, cannot be verified for safety of reuse or resale.
• Accepting returns on such products would compromise the hygiene and safety standards we maintain for all customers.

• Hairs Hub Studio is not liable for adverse reactions arising from improper use, allergies, or pre-existing conditions.
• Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application of any product.

The following conditions apply to all deliveries:

• Stock Availability: Delivery timelines are contingent on the availability of ordered products. In case of a stock-out, customers will be notified promptly.
• Processing Time: The 48-hour window covers order processing, quality inspection, and handover to the delivery partner. Transit time is additional.
• Delivery Confirmation: Customers are required to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address. Hairs Hub Studio is not responsible for delivery failures arising from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• Delays: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, logistical disruptions, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
• Receipt Inspection: Customers must inspect the package for physical damage at the time of delivery. Damaged outer packaging should be flagged with the delivery personnel before acceptance.

Order cancellations, if applicable, must be requested before the order enters the dispatch process. Once an order has been dispatched or handed to a delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments once made are non-refundable, in line with our no-return, no-replacement policy.
• In the event of a payment error or duplicate charge, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

All content associated with Hairs Hub Studio — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product imagery, descriptions, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Hairs Hub Studio.

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any such content without prior written consent from Hairs Hub Studio is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hairs Hub Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Delays in delivery beyond the stipulated 48-hour processing window.
• Any allergic or adverse reactions to product ingredients.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or revenue connected to the use of our services.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product involved.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Hairs Hub Studio reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
